Ridiculously glitchy app, even with the website. We have subscribe for four years through Apple and constantly have issues with being signed out having to sign back in. And it being almost impossible to sign in today we’ve given up. After being told we had logged in and being asked to select a subscription which we already had, in an active desperation, we then go to select a select a subscription to be told. We already have a subscription, but continue. Useless no support no contact and most importantly no more money for Hayu!!

I have unsubscribed and will not be coming back. This app is not worth the money. I can't even play an episode. It kept stopping every ten secs and I had to press play again. At first I thought maybe it's my internet but no it's the app.
Every 5-10 secs it glitches and then you have to press play. Or you will get an error pop up.
Seriously to be paying for something that is this bad with no improvements and this inflation and somehow not having it work at all is ridiculous.

Out of all the streaming platforms, Hayu is the most inconsistent and unreliable. I’ve tried it on several types of devices and it continues to have playback errors, delayed sound, keeps pausing after a few seconds etc.. Just a terrible app and have cancelled my subscription after giving it another go.

Continuously says content not available atm try again later, later comes and it says too many devices are using it even though im the only device accessing it. I feel i delete & reinstall this app more than i watch it and after 4 yrs im not resubscribing as other platforms are now showing housewives, summer house & most of the shows i watch on Hayu. Constantly cuts out randomly, plays the wrong episodes when pressing ‘continue playing’, has random notifications pop up and reappears as soon as you press ‘got it’ so you can’t watch stuff when that pops up, tells me I can’t watch something because “I have to many devices connected” when I’ve only got the one, half of the time the pause menu doesn’t appear when you press the screen so I’m having to shut down my app just to pause it which then takes me to an episode back
