Hayu: Watch Reality TV

It often crashes or is too slow.

People complaining about the same problems for years. And Hayu giving the same answer for years. Stop lying to us. You obviously don’t care about fixing this crappy app. And yes; I too have the same problems. Constant crashing, subtitles not working, then no sound, then sound but not picture. Downloading for later use only to find that Hayu suddenly deleted all the downloads. Awesome. Will for sure not be paying for another month

This happens to me daily. And is not what i paid for. 80% of the time I can’t get on the app and it says sorry something went wrong try again later please” I have deleted the app multiple times, restarted my phone, to install hayu again, but nothing is working on the phone. Please fix this!! My phone I all new, just updated so it must og can only be on your shoulders.

Been using Hayu for years. And out of all the streaming services this must be the worst. Always lagging, subtitles never work, app always crashing, often the audio and frame is not synced, having to restart the episode sevtal times. Only endure it because of my fav show, and it's cheap

Updated the app today 1st of Aug, 24, and can’t get anything to stream now. The app hangs on a black screen, after trying to load episodes

It doesn’t show the subtitles on tv and it remembers what series u last saw but 1-2 episodes back.. can’t recommend. Can see through the reviews this has been a problem for too long. Why hasn’t this been fixed!!

Content is great but the app is just constantly crashing and freezing. Not only freezing the Hayu app but other apps seems to freeze too when the app is frozen - which is concerning since why would one app influence other apps. This is only when I use the Hayu app so it’s not my phone that’s broken. When watching a show there’s constantly disruptions - at least that’s how it feels like. It’s frustrating since other streaming apps are working so smooth.

The app crashes, wont always cast to chromecast. And even worse, they keep taking money from your account altho you cancel !!! Fix your problems, or shut down this app, how hard can it be 🤬

The app is lacking. There’s a delay between what’s said and what’s in the subtitles, and often it’s better to switch off subtitles completely. Sometimes picture disappear and you only hear a peach. Annoying!

I tried renewing my account several times but every time it says some kind of failure and takes my money but never allows me to use the app. I’m so frustrated 🤬 don’t give them our money
