I find it incomprehensible that there is not an HBF office in Mandurah. This a huge area of largely older people in need of health care. 
We now have to travel over half an hour to get to an HBF office which is so inconvenient!

With the App, I tried to take a photo of the claim but it did not seem to be able to use this option. The camera screen was black and I was unable to take a photo. 
I had to take photos on my phone and then attach the photos to the App. Could this be checked and rectified.

I have been with HBF since I started working in 1978.  My Mum and Dad were also with HBF.
Over the years I have seen a lot of changes, especially price of membership.  One thing I can say, HBF has been with us through very challenging times as we got older.  You may not see the value when you are young but when you get older and your health changes HBF have always been there allowing operations and treatments to be administered quickly and with no fuss.  As time passes you are able to amend your policy to suit your changes.  I would highly recommend HBF.

I can no longer login with my desktop pc. Using chrome or Firefox I get an error 500 page.
My iPhone 6s cannot run your updated iOS app so I had to use my sister’s phone to make a dental claim.

Please fix your site im using win 10 and can’t login for a month now.
