This app has taken me multiple years back.
1. Font colour is bad- can’t read my acct number.
2. Why do I have to select only 1 acct? I want to view all my accts on a single page - why are you asking me to go back every time and make a default acct in order for me to view transactions?
3. No way to look at my shares or Mutual fund investments, was a much better user experience in previous version but at a bare minimum I could see and track my investments.
4. Choice of colours is bad, too dark. Fonts too small.
5. Why are you not allowing me to login in the old app? That is rubbish - it needs to be my decision, you are forcing me to use this app which is not beneficial for me.

My other family members are still using previous version and I can definitely see why that is better. I am now using browser to login in the acct and it is definitely a better UI and CX.

I’m an NRO/NRE customer living in Australia and tried registering on the new app, but the process failed. It asks me to send an SMS to an Indian number, which isn’t possible from my Australian SIM. Because of this, I can’t even get started with the app. There should be an alternative way to register, like email OTP or app-based verification. Right now, it feels very inconvenient for overseas customers

Tried the new app. The app failed to get registered. Apparently an SMS was sent but then it failed at SIM verification stage (UPI set up bypassed using skip for now). I don't think this has been tested properly with similar use case as the app continues to fail at SIM verification stage on multiple retries for my NRO account. The older version of the app works perfectly fine.
