A lot of good content. But waking up everyday long list of stress and anxiety content is completely counterproductive. Why not make the content have a positive focus? I have only seen these mental illness words, no “a positive start to the day”- type of suggestion. For my mental wellbeing I will find my guided meditation elsewhere.
The app lies to you. It offers you a free trial in bad faith. It is not free. The app creates misery and stress and is the folks at Headspace are exercises bad business practices.

Hi team, while i love meditation and used to love your app I have found myself putting it away. Every so often and try to jumb back into it but soon remember why I stopped using it. The struggle of finding what meditation is relevante for me in a given moment defeats the purpose. Way too much it going on in the UI and it seems to me that you have forgotten the original focus of the app. You could have a meditation app and a separate app for all the other stuff that has found it's way into this one. Very disappointed. Complete scam. The app said there would be a trial when purchasing, but gave no trial at all. Believing I could try the app with the free trial without paying, I accepted. This was very misleading, as it took my money. I will not be using this app Would not recommend - don’t support these scammers.
After many years of using Calm, I decided to give Headspace a chance and bought an annual subscription. The app, in general, works fine, but it has lots of annoying bugs. For example, it keeps asking me to buy a subscription despite me having already done so. The sound stops when you check the settings. If it does not improve in a year, I'm afraid I will not continue the subscription.
Accidentally bought a whole year subscription, and when I reached out to the customer support, I instantly got a refund, which I didn’t expect. Extremely thankful, as they could’ve just said that it was my mistake and not do anything about it and still be completely in the right.

Don’t subscribe to the trial period of 14 days. The company will charge you before the trial period is over and contrarily to their promise they will not remind you of the end of the trial period. I was charged with a renewal on day 13. So don’t try this app.
It would be so cool, if you could read a short resume about the sleep story. Like just preparing your mind for what’s coming up, and having an idea, of what’s going to happen throughout the story.
