App is very buggy. Trying to fill out forms and it jumps ahead without allowing me to complete the form.

This app doesn’t do me any justice, I tried to make an appointment and it wouldn’t let me also I try to cancel an appointment cause the doctors office has receptionists and they all are either on there personal cell phones or they would be talking in Aribic to each other and make me stand there for 15mins before I can sign in just for an appointment also the doctor there Dr. Abdulmassih is my actual doctor and he gave me a nurse practitioner to see me for the last year in a half and not him, he is my primary physician and he don’t even see me and his DEA is no longer active because the pharmacy told me and the nurse practitioner can’t prescribe me medication and I refuse to see her and when I go to my appointment he don’t even come to see me just the nurse & she also recommended me to take a diabetic medication when I am not a diabetic it was for me to lose weight! That was her reason for that but I was told by another doctor not to take it if I’m not even a diabetic! That’s called over prescribed medication and they have me hooked on anxiety medication & they were prescribed me this medication for 8 years & now they completely stop me from getting them & I was in the hospital for a seizure out state on my vacation because of it so I think this app is crap and this doctor is a fraud and a scammer!

When I select Pay, it just takes me to a screen that says “No data to display”. Also maybe this is just an issue with the provider but the code the provider gave me linked to their HQ and the location I was seen at wasn’t listed at all, and I was not sent an email with how to set up this account with any details besides the code itself.

The new messaging system allows me to see my messages clearly and helps me send quick messages to my doctor

This is not a professional application, it is a very amateurish app. It lacks basic functionality. For example, the message application lacks a “SENT” message function/folder. If your provider is using this application, I would think twice about that provider

Great app.

I have never written a review on anything but this App is driving me crazy. I just downloaded the app and trying to add another account it’s not very clear to me. I can’t find anywhere where I can logout except for a brief second while it’s loading. I can’t find anywhere that will allow me to edit information that is wrong whether I entered it or not. I have enough stress and this should not be part of it. I may have to delete.

Your app sent a text and an email, even though I specified text, for the security code. The codes were different and the app did not accept the text code.
