I had a very frustrating experience with Healthians. I was initially attracted to their unique feature of allowing agents to take bookings and offer discounts. Based on this, I contacted one of their agents, finalized a booking, and agreed on a specific price.

However, to my shock, at the 11th hour, I was asked to pay a significantly higher amount than what was originally agreed upon. This sudden change felt highly unprofessional. When I reached out to Healthians’ customer care for clarification, I was informed that the samples collected were now invalid or out of date.

This mismanagement not only caused unnecessary stress but also wasted my time and money. The lack of coordination between their agents and customer care, coupled with poor handling of the samples, is absolutely unacceptable.

Healthians needs to work on improving transparency in pricing, streamlining communication between their agents and support team, and ensuring better handling of critical processes like sample collection. Incidents like this severely undermine customer trust in their services.

There health test packages are affordable and provide very detailed reports, They also keep all of your older health reports to compare how your health is going on and is shown as a compression on graph in the latest report, I like this features, also they have a very good staff to collect samples, and solve your queries.

The WhatsApp Chat bot of Healthians is just pathetic. Was told someone will call but no one called. Had to add few more tests post my sample collection but neither the collection-agent or the App was able to take the request. The agents call was busy or ringing, but never called back.

Called customer support to know details about a test I booked, placed me on hold saying just one second sir without asking for permission or anything and I waited on hold for straight 8 minutes but he never came back and I had to disconnect the call, I even have the screenshot of the call. Is this how you treat someone who is already in trouble because of his health @healthian?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, and it feels like customers are being misled just to secure sales. For the past four days, my test has been booked, only for the sampler to call in the morning and inform me that my area is not serviceable. It seems they only show up when the order value is high or when they choose to. You conducted my tests just a month ago, and I’ve even recommended your services to others in my community, where tests are being done. So, how is this suddenly a non-serviceable area? I will not be using your service again and cannot recommend it to others.

Don’t believe this app blindly ,I have done the mistake and trusted them I have been doing multiple test from this app from last 1yr to 6months along with that my family blood test were also done , all those report are wrong and when I cross verified it all were wrong and I had already taken necessary medication as per report ,don’t go for cheap ,app like this are only for business responsibility and integrity is not in their system , I am going to take this matter to consumer court.
