LiFT workouts are formatted in a sets x reps style. these workouts are aimed to build lean muscle and increase strength.

You’ll also have access to macro friendly, healthy meal, snack, and smoothie recipes. All recipes are single serving and have calorie and macros amounts available.

I’ve never ever ever been influenced like I have been with Kylie! This app is amazing and I went from very little knowledge of my body and how to take care of it to feeing amazing about myself and my workouts. I play soccer here and there and I feel so much more confident knowing that the workouts that I’m doing the the foods that I’m eating are benefiting my body! THANK YOU!
