This is so easy use. So glad I let my wife talk me into this

I lost my husband and therefore loss health ins. This service doesn’t care. They are still there to help me with bill reviews, and any other questions I have for my ins co. Great service and really appreciated.

They promptly found a psychiatrist in my area.

My insurance / workplace provides HealthJoy and it has been an amazing asset. Moving to a new state and starting a new job comes with enough challenges that getting going healthcare wise is intense. I was able to use HealthJoy to speak with a doctor to get my meds managed while I waited for an actual appointment with a steady provider. Further they helped me find said steady provider. My work has transferred our EAP to HealthJoy as well. While I have not had the need to utilize that yet, it is comforting to know the experience should be the same. The concierge staff is friendly and does their best to assist or give clear instructions on how to do about anything. They also evaluate your coverage to provide options that meet any conditions you have (price, distance, specialty, etc).

This app is phenomenal. It takes the stress out of looking into Docs ratings and reviews. It takes the guess work out of picking a great doc and helping with your health needs. I love this app

This app is amazing. My company pitched it as a benefit wallet, but when I tried it I realized it’s more like Uber for your health plan. It’s amazing! How does everyone not have this??

I’m pleased with the thoroughness of the recommendation as well as the quick turnaround. In addition to providing names, the concierge checked ratings and whether the candidates were accepting new patients. I had started on my own and quickly realized I didn’t have the resources or time to do a good search. HealthJoy was efficient and effective.
