โทรศัพท์มือถือเครื่องเก่าที่เราเคยติดตั้งแอพ health up และลงทะเบียนชื่อเราเข้าใช้งานไปแล้ว ตอนนี้จะส่งต่อโทรศัพท์เครื่องนี้ให้ญาติใช้งานแทน แต่แอพ health up ไม่มีฟังก์ชั่นให้เปลี่ยน login ผู้ใช้งาน แม้จะลบแอพออกจากโทรศัพท์แล้วติดตั้งใหม่ เมื่อเปิดใช้งานแอพก็ยังคงแสดงเป็นข้อมูลของเราอยู่นั่นเอง 

จึงเกิดปัญหามากมายดังนี้
- ญาติที่จะรับช่วงโทรศัพท์มือถือ ซึ่งเป็นลูกค้าของรพ.พญาไทเช่นกัน ไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนเพื่อใช้งานแอพ health up ด้วยข้อมูลของเค้าได้
- ตัวเราไม่สามารถส่งต่อโทรศัพท์มือถือให้ญาติใช้งานได้เพราะมีข้อมูลส่วนตัวของเราคงค้างอยู่ในแอพ health up 

ควรเพิ่มฟังก์ชั่นให้สามารถเปลี่ยน login user ได้

เวอร์ชั่นนี้ไม่มีตารางเปรียบเทียบปีเก่าปีใหม่ ทำให้ดูยากขึ้น ไม่มีคำแนะนำของแพทย์ซึ่งเวอร์เก่ามี สรุปอัปเดทจะให้ดีกว่าเดิมกลับแย่กว่าเดิม เป็นรูปแบบธุรกิจมากขึ้น

ขอเพิ่มข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับ Healthup version ใหม่ครับ

1. ข้อมูลการนัดหมายล่วงหน้าควรเป็นอย่างน้อย 1 ปีครับ (ตัวใหม่แสดงแค่ 6 เดิอน)
2. ข้อมูลการนัดหมายล่วงหน้า ควรแสดง remark รายการตรวจที่หมอสั่งตรวจด้วยครับ ( แอพเวอร์ชั่นเก่าแสดง แต่ตัวใหม่ไม่แสดง )
3. หน้า ผลทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ตัวใหม่แสดงแค่ VN ควรแสดงคลีนิคที่ส่งตรวจดว้ยครับ
4. รายการนัดหมาย บางตัวขึ้น แพทย์ผู้ตรวจ : ไม่ระบุแพทย์ แต่จริงๆมีแพทย์ประจำด้วยครับ

เนื่องจากเราตรวจพบว่าทางพยาบาลของรพ.มีการเลื่อนนัดในระบบ โดยที่ไม่ได้แจ้งเวลาที่ชัดเจนในเราทราบ เช่น ก่อนหาหมอ 1 วันเราเช็คในแอพ และจำได้ว่าแต่เดิมนัด 10:40 แต่พอถึงรพ.ในวันรุ่งขึ้นกลายเป็นนัด 10:20 ทำให้เราสาย และรอคิวเกือบ 2 ชั่วโมง ทั้งๆที่เดิมเรามาตรงเวลา เลยต้องการให้ทางแอพพัฒนา features ดูประวัติการเลื่อนนัด เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความสับสน และการดำเนินการที่ผิดพลาด

ในกรณีที่มีข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยเข้ามาใหม่ ให้มีการแจ้งเตือนทุกครั้ง เช่น ข้อมูลการนัดหมาย ผลทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ผลตรวจสุขภาพ ฯลฯ จะได้ไม่ต้องมาคอยกดรีเฟรช หรือรอข้อมูลในแอพบ่อยๆ
