## Healthy 365 Description
Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through the use of gamification and rewards, users are encouraged to sign up for in-app challenges and health programmes to earn Healthpoints. The app seamlessly pairs with fitness tracking devices to help users log their daily steps count and amount of time spent on active exercises. Users can also scan QR codes via the app to earn Healthpoints when they purchase healthier meals, drinks and groceries from participating partners.

Mvpa data from garmin connect is not reflected in the app. Please allow the app to track sleep data from garmin watches as well.

Can't sync properly the data with Apple health. eg only record the steps collected by the iPhone and not from the Apple Watch even though Apple health collected both and sync them correctly. Sleep data also not collected. Tried switching to Garmin watch and Garmin connect, logon always have problems, doesn't accept the sleep data from Garmin and even worst steps is a two step process for syncing steps. Tried Suunto watch with Apple health, doesn't even worked.

The app is supposed to encourage people to exercise consistently and regularly. They give you points to encourage you to walk more steps and for a certain amount of time. And the points can be redeemed. But they kept reducing the points as if telling you to exercise less because they want to cut down the incentives (cost cutting more important than your health). 
You've read so many negative feedbacks but not a single response from the developer. "Take what I throw to you or leave it" kind of mentality. 
If we really need this app to stay healthy then I suppose clinics and hospitals will be more crowded than ever!

There is no record on my sleep hours at all since Sep.
Check with digital ambassadors at community centre did not help even after re-syncing and reloading my watch.
I follow the instructions from the FAQ also yield no help.
Logically how could there be 0 hours of sleep. Just does not make sense.
Pls advise where else can I seek help with my issue?
