SUBSCRIPTION - PRICES AND CONDITIONS
HearingOS is available for free download. All users are invited to take a 7-day trial week. If you want to continue using hearingOS, we offer you an automatic extension.
Your credit card will be debited within your iTunes account after the order confirmation has been received. The subscription will be extended if you do not disable it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. There is no price increase on an extension.
The subscription is auto-renewable but can be cancelled at any time.
Subscriptions can be managed in the iTunes account settings and the automatic extension can be deactivated. After purchase, no reimbursement can be made for a non-utilized portion of the period.

I have hearing aids. I don’t use wireless (Bluetooth) earbuds or headphones. When I started my 7 day trial it asked me to connect those. I thought your app would go through my hearing aids. I guess it doesn’t work that way. So I cancelled my trial

Don’t buy! This functionality is built in to iOS

You don’t need to buy this app. Go into Settings > Control Center, then enable “hearing.” Next when you open Control Center (swipe down from top right of phone screen, you will see a little ear icon. With earphones in, turn on Live Listen. Works better, more privacy, and it’s free!

Generally the Oticon Companion works well. I have downloaded the application twice due to some features not being there . Under the General at the top at both side a place to tap to open other features are not there. Apparently there are issues with iOS 17 in not working or not all features being there.

These people stole my money ! On October 5 I deleted This app from my phone and canceled my previous monthly subscription mid September and somehow I woke up on my birthday with plans to go out with my gst money and somehow this app has taken it for a one year subscription and I have not any clue how it happened!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ONE OR EVEN TRY IT UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY IN YOUR SLEEP!!!!!!!!

This is deceptive, has massive latency and should be removed from store, it bills you for 12$, after you select free trial, and it has no manual to set up, just a bunch of unlabeled sliders.

Downloaded this and wasted a lot of time figuring it out. A bunch of unnamed sliders tat make the sound extremely noisy. No guidance at all. Will not subscribe
