Heartbeat Chat

Been using Heartbeat for my private paid community for a year, and I’m impressed at the progress they’ve made! I’ve never seen my community down, and they have plenty of features that help with engagement. They recently added a video hosting feature, and an improved online courses and mobile UI. The team seems really committed to make this a truly useful community tool for businesses. Overall, I can definitely recommend Heartbeat, especially if engagement matters to you.

While I haven’t used the community extensively, the app works brilliantly so far. Speeds are great, voice rooms work well. No complaints whatsoever. Stoked to see Heartbeat take on more mature platforms like Circle.so. If there’s any team that can pull that off, it’s the Heartbeat team. They also clearly have their own identity and continue to innovate.

I have tried soooooo many platforms as a user and also a business owner. Heartbeat is my favorite! It's easy to use, my clients love it and the founders are extremely responsive and hold weekly meetings. The platform is always improving and growing! Way better than Skool or Might Networks!

Definitely recommend it. I use it on the basis to communicate with a community of more than 1000 members so far and growing.

This app works great, however… 1. You can't change where you live unless you use the website 2. There is always an extra notification you can't find 3. Images take a long time to load 4. There is no permalink on the app, only on the website Developers, please consider these suggestions, it would be a great improvement to the current app.

Is Heartbeat perfect no. Did it used to have a ton of glitches yes. It was brand new! I’ve been watching the platform grow and change to better user experiences. I love the changes they are making. They do listen to the community and again are still a relatively new platform compared to the “big guys” out there.

This app has a problem with notifications. The red notification on the screen drives me absolutely insane. I’ve tried turning notifications on/off, same for this specific app, I’ve offloaded it, refreshed it, I’ve even removed it completely and downloaded again numerous times and it is STILL THERE. PLEASE FIX

It is jank

As an app for the iPhone it is almost unusable. I tap the send icon twenty times before it finally registers.

It asked me for information. After I gave the information the app did nothing. The error was it could not find the channel. So the app is useless to me. I uninstalled. Still waiting on access to the book I purchased. So far all signs point to a scam. Hope I am wrong…
