According to the app I have no loans even my current one is closed. Not sure if the back end is actually speaking with the customer face of the app. Do better guys, I’ve even told you about it with no fix to date.

Biggest issue is I can’t see how to alter interest payments from being dropped back into the account. Eg 90 day account interest can’t go into call account.

First time writing a review for me. Was happy to open an account with them but have often found the logins to be unreliable, which is frustrating.  Sometimes it lets me login with no problem….and other times it won’t let me login at all.  Not good if you need to access your funds immediately.

New to Heartland Bank, I have been able to log in via desktop, but not via the app.

Both my partner and I have been unable to log in, the app just continually loads. 

Spent well over two hours trying to log in, never got passed the loading page. Have tried different phones, iPads and still no luck.

My Settings page won’t scroll to the bottom on iPad portrait view since the last update. Bottom of page is cut off. Also when are we going to be able to edit Automatic payments without having to delete them and start all over again? And why are we still unable to specify “Until Further Notice” for end date on Automatic Payments? Very primitive app.

The new icon is very good.  I’m enjoying more flexibility but id like to personalise the pictures rather than have the standard NZ pics 

Most importantly however I’d like to see running balances so you can clearly see changes after each transaction.

Terrible app.   Has lost the ability to show any transactions prior to 5 Nov 23.  Says you cannot view or export transactions, or generate a statement.  Says you can view older statements but when you follow the link they are not there.
Cannot complete year end accounts without this information - so a MAJOR flaw in the app
