Delete Account feature
1. Access the contact Us Page
2. Find "Delete Account" Button
3. Confirm Account Deletion by clicking Yes or No
4. If you select “No”: You will be returned to the “Contact Us” page
5. If you select “Yes”: You will proceed to the next step.
6. A new pop-up window will display the balance of your CMS wallet and rewards for all associated
accounts
7. If the balance is zero for all the wallets and rewards regarding all programs then user can click on "Proceed" Button to create Delete Account request

It does go to my Aadhar and scan the face for bio metrics. Captures and shows success. But the success tick blinks and says processing. It goes on and on. When reported, they asked for a screenshot. But it’s disabled. Please fix.

In this digital world everything getting online but Bharat gas is going behind earlier. I used to pay online, using many options like wallet, Amazon pay,  bank accounts, UPI, etc Now you cannot pay online. It says distributor is not taking a payment online only COD. this is happening from last three months. When I called last time, they told they are working on it, but nothing can be seen till date, now booking process also become very bad. You cannot book from the application. You need to find a number and you need to call that number and book very poor service

Whenever I raise a complaint, it is simply closed without being resolved. I am also unable to connect to customer care. Every time I call, I only hear the message, “Our agents are busy. Please wait while we connect you to an agent,” but no one responds.

I booked my gas cylinder on the 27th, and I still haven’t received the delivery. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please resolve this issue and arrange the delivery as soon as possible.

So many errors, so many glitches, no way to reach customer service, no useful response on the “help chat”, no replies received despite a dozen emails sent to BPCL. I am really ashamed to see that a well known public sector company like Bharat Petroleum has such abysmal digital systems and  processes, and even more alarming is the fact that they have totally broken grievance redressal system. No officer is being held accountable for such a pathetic digital mobile application on which millions of ordinary citizens are dependent for their essential cooking gas needs.
