App will not let me log despite user name and password being correct.  Was told by customer support to reset password anyway.  Still can’t log in.  Now told password is more likely to work if it contains an @ symbol.  Not what the password guidance says!  Also told phone software has to be up to date which it is.  I think they know there are problems with the app but just haven’t bothered fixing them.

Yesterday, my GP diagnosed I have a rotator cuff injury; an appointment with a NHS physiotherapist would have been weeks away. However, with Help@hand I was able to get an immediate appointment with a very knowledgable physiotherapist. Our half hour video call was thorough and really helpful. I now have a set of exercises to aid my recovery, as well as wisdom to progress gradually, so as not to exacerbate it.

Strict password rules makes it difficult to login, especially when it’s an app that you use less frequently. Really needs updating to allow biometric login like every other app out there.

This app wouldn’t accept a keychain password but insists on 3 special characters, 4 numbers etc and no matter what I enter it won’t accept it.  After attempt 20 the app signs itself out so you have to start again.   I had to give up.
