HERE WeGo Maps & Navigation

I can't integrate it into CarPlay, only the sound works.

The app is going down hill since the last 2.x. version. 1- This problem has been there forever now, when in online mode if the internet is bad or network issue, a search would never use offline maps for searching unless it is turned back to offline mode. The search should fall back to offline search if map exists. 2-Why the vertical scroll ? Really why !! The initial UI where you could just click a button and find an item, now it's all a mess and the UI is like a puzzle. 3-Maps should be sequentially downloaded once selected qnd and the required space should be calculated in accordance with maps selected for download.

The app used to be good and albeit the UI was confusing it was functional. After the September 2021 update the app looks like a social networking website and the user experience is frustrating and abysmal.

I like the new look, app looks modern and clean. However there is no option to enable landscape mode or dark mode

Were is dark mode? Was it very good app, but with the light mode only... Sorry. No. Bye

This app is just fantastic, no matter where you go in the world. I use it all the time. But learnt the hard way that I should have downloaded the maps of Hawaii before I went. Got lost in the mountains in a storm. Since then I’ve used it in Europe and the states. It was a great help to all the guest who flew in for a wedding in Portugal this year. Hopefully it will be off the same benefit to many of our guest in May next year for a wedding in Palm Springs.

Using the here maps for ages it was best navigation until recent updates it could crash to home screen at the middle of the journey.

I used Here maps in a previous incarnation and had saved many attractions. When I saw that I could log in I tried my Here Maps email and password and was amazed that ALL my previous attractions were saved. I've used Navtec maps for years when there was only 1 other mapping company Tele Atlas. Navtec were always the best. Nokia bought Navtec and had Here Maps installed so if anyone used them on Nokia phones back in the day like me they won't have lost any attractions so long as they have their login details, took me a while to get mine. I highly recommend this app.
