## Heritage Mobile Banking Description
Ever needed to check your accounts, transfer some funds, pay a bill, or find a Heritage Branch or ATM while you’re out and about? With the free Heritage iPhone®, iPad® mobile app you can do all of that.

Key Features:

• Make NPP faster payments
• Make international payments through Convera
• Create and maintain PayIDs to receive NPP faster payments
• Check account balances
• Online redraw of payments in advance (conditions apply)
• View recent transaction history, including VISA Authorisations
• Create and View scheduled payments
• Pay bills with BPAY
• Add and delete payees
• Activate, cancel, or place a card on hold
• Add a card to the Apple Wallet to allow payments through Apple Pay
• Block online, international in-store of all card payments
• Device Authentication – an extra layer of security for your account that ensures only devices you allow can perform advanced functions such as adding a new payee
• Log in with password, PIN or Fingerprint or Face ID (on supported devices)
• Find nearby Heritage branches and ATMs

Before the update, there were no dramas, glitches and it worked perfectly BUT, ever since the update, this app has kept freezing, had glitches galore etc and I have had to uninstall and reinstall so many times.  There is a saying….If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I’ve just been forced to update the banking app so I can access my accounts, and I’m extremely disappointed to say that this update is a major step backwards! 

Everything about this update and new look is disappointing, it’s clunky to use, nor is it streamlined like the previous version.  Even the layout is not aesthetically appealing like the previous versions were. 

Transferring money used to be a simple process, now you have made it into an unnecessary long task. I also don’t like being forced to add a note or title with MY money, that IM transferring. It’s none of your business what I’m doing with my own personal money. 

Heritage, since your merger, you have dropped the ball big time and you have been delivering one disappointment after another with the services you provide. 

You have forgotten where you came from and what you stood for. 

You are no longer People First, and you are no longer for the people, period.

For years I’ve asked when they’re going to update to notifications upon receiving money and repeatedly told soon. Hasn’t happened. Also their stance on scams makes me sick. Moved all my savings to another bank. Good riddance!

I know the accounts are managed until 12 yrs old but not every parent is ready for their kid to have full access at that age. My 15yr has no money brain and needs the restrictions and approvals on for us to authorize as he just wastes his money otherwise. Surely this should be an additional opt in option for teens up to 18??

Check the data they are accessing before installing. They are stealing your data. They take your device IMEI and location and other personal data that I am not comfortable having stored for who knows how long.
