With this app it has helped me to stay on track with my reps. I like that in the description of the workout it shows what body parts are being worked and a demonstration on the workout.
Love this app accept the 3 months part wish I could keep longer progress for free and I wish there where more then 4 routines for free

In an Ironman athlete that has never truly weight trained. I’m guilty of living a set plan to execute so this app is a dream come true. Keep it up team!
Gives you everything you need to track your workout. Great for strength training and tracking progress
I only want a few things out of a workout app. I want it to let me build workouts, let me easily update sets, reps, and weight when reusing past workouts, and I want a timer in between my workouts. Hevy does all of this! It has a bunch of other stuff I don’t use, but it nails these basics.
I’ve used the Hevy app for one year now and I absolutely love it. By tracking my workouts throughout the year including the number of sets, reps and the weight used for each one I’ve been able to challenge myself each week. Then by using the progress feature I looked back over the year and could see how much stronger I’ve gotten, which keeps me motivated to keep on lifting. Looking forward to see the progress I can make in 2025!
