The app is not accepting my username and password. I tried to reset the password however i wasnt able to get any confirmation email. I know mg email is correct because upon application i received a confirmation email that mu application went thru. Please help me to fix this.

Its giving error every time I sign in even the credentials are correct

Tried to digiconsult. Waited for a call but instead I received text saying they kept calling my number numerous times but they never did. Checked my number it was correct, checked my call history, no call. Please doctors call your patients we need the service.

Kept saying pw is incorrect. Tried Forgot Password, no reset email was sent. I called and email your customer service but no one can help.
