I tried to sign up using the certificate number that I received from the email and it gives me an error message that says my birthdate and my certificate number does not match and I already double check that those info that I encode is correct. Customer Support was also able to confirm that I’m putting the right info, tried to use a password that is free of special and it’s still didn’t work. Hope this will resolve as soon as possible cause I badly need to use this app as someone who has a medical condition. Thank you.

There is no proper assistance, the doctor that was assigned to me overcharged so I had to pay extra 40,000 pesos. I was admitted to the hospital, but not all of the bills were covered and this was not explained properly. The app is OK but the service of philcare is not.
