The app isn’t working

It is very friendly and easy to use, I hope that you add an important feature to be able to modify the trip time, otherwise it is very easy to use the app

تطبيق سئ جداً جداً تم ارسال كود التفعيل مرتان ولم يقبله بدون سبب ولم اتحقق من التسجيل وانشاء حساب ، لا ارشح التطبيق لسوء البرنامج

الميزة الوحيدة هي توفير الوقت و في المقابل عيوب كثيرة جداً بداية من دفع تذكرة كاملة لطفل أقل من عامين رغم عدم جلوسه على كرسي بحجة أن هذا نظام الشركة و كان يجب الحجز له مسبقاً بنسبة ١٠٪؜ و أيضاً لا يوجد عمال أو عربات دفع للحقائب و لا يوجد من يساعد الناس على تنظيم الحقائب في القطار و عند النزول يوجد عمال يحتكرون عربات الحقائب مقابل أجر مالي .. في المجمل تجربة سيئة جداً ولا تستحق التكلفة الكبيرة التي دفعتها

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or an SMS and I cannot signup.

Very poor application service! I booked my ticket and the money was taken from my account the second i confirmed the payment and they did not send me a confirmation email with my QR code for the booking! I tried calling their customer service its an invalid number! I tried sending an email it doesn't go through and gives an automated reply with "This email does not accept mail". I try to enter my credentials and confirmation number that i took as a screenshot and am 100% sure of they are correct but the application gives me an error code that my information is incorrect! I don't know what else to do to get my confirmation for my booking! Please help!

احاول التسجيل والحجز ولكن الابلكيشن لا يعمل

سيئ جدا و بطئ و لا يعمل كما ينبغي

This app is very poor and even the login can’t be done .. they need to fix these issues so far I did reservations but can’t get the reservation info ..
