I can’t get this to run a single scan on my network. Waste of time.

Did not work...no support...I was able to cancel my subscription, but they did not refund my money. I will report this app as a scam to Apple if they don't respond within 24 hours.

Warning this app is built to take your money before you knew what happened!!!! Foul app!!!

Want to cancel within my 3 day trial and cannot find a cancel option. Was able to write to customer service. I wrote and told them I wanted to cancel effective immediately. It said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Surprisingly, I immediately received a reply asking me why I was considering cancelling. I wrote back saying I wasn’t considering, rather I definitely wanted to cancel. I sent my reply immediately and then heard nothing back.

This app is a scam, don’t buy this app! They charged me $43+ and when I open the app it doesn’t even let me scan or anything. This app is a SCAM!

“Local Network Permission Required” pops up every time I open it now. Even when the permission is enabled, I get the same message. For me the app simply is worthless so canceling my subscription.

The app doesn’t even let me get started. Keeps asking for network permission that has already been granted. I restarted my phone, re downloaded the app and checked my network, tried to ask for help and the support page won’t even open.

This app is not that great. It detects devices that are connected to the wifi network you are connected to. It will tell you which one from the list is your device. It does not actually scan for hidden devices in the room. There could be another wifi network running in the room and it is not going to detect any of devices on that network. Often times it will give you the message “Local Network Permission Required” “Enable From Settings”. It gives this message even when /after the permission has been granted. That is very frustrating as the problem persists even after you turn off and turn the phone back on, and delete the app and download it again. It does not let you cancel the subscription, but gives you a ticket. When I say “Cancel Subscription”, I want it canceled, not put on HOLD.
