Why have you removed the fully functional widget ? It was so useful

The PTZ function is not available in the onsite online menu. If need to change the angle or position you should to enter the remote NVR menu...

The video randomly visible in the app. On the indoor unit always can see. Due to this if somebody ringing at the gate I can’t see it on the app. Of course on the indoor unit I can see, but if I’m at home I can’t see it physically as well and no need IP door phone.

Please deliver the portrait mode on Ipad as it runs on iphones as well

Eddig rendben működött az app, viszont a frissítés óta a kamera élesítés / deaktiválás eltűnt az iphone 15 pro max telefonon. Másik iphone készüléken van ikon hozzá, azon működik. Remélem mielőbb javításra kerül.

on the phone, it does not load the current recording, but plays the stuck recordings from December 8. Not good after about 2-3 updates

A hibák száma egyre csak szaporodik: rendszeresen nem tudok beszélni kaputelefonon a hívóval, mert visszafelé nem épül fel az audiokapcsolat. A corridor-view kamerák képe már nem rakható ki arányhelyesen fullscreenbe. Amikor indul az app és visszaállítja a korábbi live view gridet, akkor sokszor közli, hogy nem sikerült. Szóval váltottam HiLookVision-re és azóta minden klafa.
