This update isn’t working properly whenever I try opening or zooming the particular camera it freezes.

After the last update of Hik-Connect app, the live camera stops automatically and has to be refreshed again. Hope you will improve your service

Still audio is not working when recent live view is taken

The Hik-Connect app works well for viewing my security cameras remotely, but there’s a major issue with connection stability. The app disconnects after a few minutes, requiring me to refresh or restart it to continue monitoring. This is frustrating, especially when I need continuous surveillance. It would be great if the app could maintain a stable connection without frequent dropouts. Please improve the app’s performance to allow uninterrupted camera streaming. Fixing this issue would make Hik-Connect a much more reliable tool for security monitoring.

Please check once from your technical side for not working after your latest updates and cameras are not opening on cellular data and even on wifi network.

Dear team while opening any camera window for full screen on mobile phones it got stucked and no live video was Planning on camera screen this got huge problem while opening any screen to check Please check this issue

Hi I am using Hik-connect app in iPhone 15plus and it works fine after installing the app. After updating the app it is showing error as contact service provider like that.The same app working when choosing play back option-> selecting the camera -> pressing ok. Please check and rectify the problem. I think same problem facing by almost all iPhone users.
