Presets are no longer available after updates from last 2 months

Notification number not disapear from icon app after we whach them!

No push notifications if you don’t use an online account. Also, the MacOS app iWMS is old and not maintained properly. If you are an Apple user with privacy in mind, this is not a good option :(

Hello. It might be a problem with the app. I have a two wire villa kit at home. And all the notifications they are on but i dont receive any of it. Can you fix it please ?!

Cand intru la notificari, verificarea video live sau playback eveniment se inchide aplicatia. Ce poate fi? Am reinstalat aplicația si tot nu funcționează

After the last update i receive this error and i can’t see on app the live video

After giving up on iVMS app, this is the worst app of the developer. This app has a lot of problems: does not remember last device viewed, after last 3 updates every time I try to watch my dvr it sends to my device unknown connection and dvr resetting. Send feedback to Hikvision and no response, no resolving. It’s getting to annoying to have the same problems for 2 years now😡

today after upgrading the app I can’t open it anymore, it means that from the start page nothing is happening Unfortunately I have to use it for 2 locations Can you please fix this problem? thanks

The buttons to open the door are missing. It connects very slow to the system
