Lost the Preset for PTZ camera after updating
Recent update I have lost all the Preset for all PTZ camera, i’m not sure what happened. Is there any chance to give back the Preset to this app, so that I can turn the camera to the position I want immediately without manual control? Thanks.

update tháng 10/2024 khiến app load cam rất lâu, tổng 8 cam phải chờ đến 2 phút mới vào xem được trực tiếp

App bị lỗi không chia sẻ thiết bị cho người dùng được mà vẫn chưa thấy hãng khắc phục vậy, càng update càng lag càng chán!
Ứng dụng nên thêm chức năng tăng tốc độ x2 x4 x8… như trên đầu của HIK nhé. Xem bt dò hơi lâu
