Would suggest a few things: 1) Set the app up so people don’t have to keep jumping back and forth between needing a band and not needing a band. It’s a pain to keep taking it in and off and often you can get it on or off before the next exercise. Just do alll the exercises requiring a band in sequence. 2) use the word start or begin at the beginning of the exercise and use the second countdown the entire time instead of just the last 3 seconds.
