Hinge Health

The Hinge program is great!! The professional support along with the app is perfect for anyone who suffers from pain from injuries. I followed the program for a few months before my surgery and then just restarted after finishing y physical therapy sessions prescribed by the surgeon. The sessions prior got my knee ready and the restart has me strengthening and stretching for the long term. Looking forward to progressing. Thank you!!

Hinge Health is helping both my husband and me with completely different medical issues. It is like having a Physical Therapist in our home with interaction at a level we are comfortable. You can interact with a live Physical Therapist or do it on your own with the guidance offered in the Hinge Health App. I would recommend it to anyone dealing with aches and pain before considering surgery.

I really appreciate how the program targets a specific problem area and spoon feeds exercises in small chunks of time to get one moving again. I enjoy the gamification element as well of earning points every time you complete an exercise program, feels very rewarding.

A very meaningful approach to helping anyone ease into a stretch and exercise routine that has the right amount of encouragement and suggestions from knowledgeable staff and thoughtful articles that have everyday application.

Great program and app generally. Would suggest a few things: 1) Set the app up so people don’t have to keep jumping back and forth between needing a band and not needing a band. It’s a pain to keep taking it in and off and often you can get it on or off before the next exercise. Just do alll the exercises requiring a band in sequence. 2) use the word start or begin at the beginning of the exercise and use the second countdown the entire time instead of just the last 3 seconds. I’m not always watching the phone, so sometimes I’m not sure when the exercise starts.

Well rounded program that offers individualized exercises and educational learning for pain management. The coaches take into account any needs that you have or recommendations by your dr. My coach checks in every so often to encourage me. The Enzo unit is great and troubleshooting is available if there is a problem with it. This is covered by my insurance and is a great pain management app.

The app gives a variety of exercises you can work into your schedule. It’s wonderful for your physical and mental health. I’ve recommended to several colleagues.

Great program and excellent support from the therapists. I’ve been to numerous doctors and had numerous procedures and still had back pain. Hinge health has helped alleviate that pain almost completely.

I am very happy with how my knee and back improved using Hinge Health. Bonus was the exercises increased my balance and getting up off the floor is easier too!
