Phone support has been accessed - far better than relying on opinions on community support -- WelshDavid, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "Poor Connection" The connection between the receiver and thermostat seems to be getting worse with every update, even putting both of them next to each other it’s still saying poor connection, but not 100% of the time. Also it sometimes says it’s heating on the app but when you look at the boiler it’s not fired up. The house always seems to be too hot or too cold lately.
