I just downloaded the new app it’s not as good as the old app. Three times I had to enter my pass code before it would connect. Not impressed!

Doesn’t work more than it works. Connection and signal issues constantly. Basically unusable in our household!!! Ridiculous paying for a service we cannot use!!!

The newest version of the app has the worst connectivity so far, it can take multiple tries to even login. I’ve had to use the old app the arm the alarm but with the old app being disconnected soon I am very worried things will become unusable. I’ve had this app many years and was very happy but the new app has completely changed my opinion. The lack of support options for the app is also very concerning.

Worst update to an app ever. I’ve used the old app for the past 7 years with no issue and now since I’ve had to use this new app it is unbearably glitchy. Takes multiple attempts to login constantly saying “Connection to SecureComm failed. Please check signal level and try again.” and when eventually you get logged in it takes multiple attempts to set the alarm. That’s if it lets you in the first place, very frustrating when the old app worked just fine.

Amazing how a new and improved app is a million times worse than the original

The app has constant connectivity and latency issues. For months now there are problems with logging in, loading list of inputs etc. at peak times in the evening the app won’t work, no connection. Absolutely miserable user experience all round… this day and age this is unacceptably low level of technology. You’ve got to do better HKC, we’re already considering what our options are to move away.

Have had new app for over a year, since the day email came out about old app being discontinued I have had constant connection issues & it usually won’t connect, this has to be a problem with everyone not just me. Please fix the problem, it’s ridiculous paying for a service you can’t use

This new app is unreliable and 99.9% of the time can’t connect to SecureComm servers. For the 0.1% that it works, is very slow.

The new version is crawling. Wait for a better version.

App isnt working anymore? Full network connection. No available app updates. Bug fix on the way??
