1. Keep asking for location and notification permissions which are apparently unnessary
2. Huge amount of in-app ads inclusing whole page ads, floating ads cover almost half screen. This blocking me from searching and surfing for products.
3. Prompt whole page ads from time to time. It break my flow of selecting product.
4. Something interesting is there are too many things being loaded. This made the app quite and reload frequently. This stop me shopping on this shopping platform.

What a disgusting design. Anyone in your company really use this app?

Always has pop-up ads or put you on the wet market stuff when you open it up - extremely annoying especially when I’m at the shop trying to get to the QR code. App is buggy on the language sometimes or some form items don’t have English (CS). User experience is just getting worse with time. Sent my order to the wrong pick up location, I’ve never used that before and always use the saved one.
