Avoid them at all costs—absolutely terrible experience! Their system is a complete mess, and it seems like the people handling orders are either careless or unqualified. You’ll never get what you actually ordered or paid for. I ordered a Christmas gift, and not only did it arrive late, but it was also the wrong size. This is the third time in a single week that this has happened to me and my family! When I went to their store to request an exchange for the correct size, they rudely refused to help. Their customer service is appalling, and their incompetence is beyond frustrating. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

The app works very slow. Opening takes so long and checking the products are taking so long like 2-3 minutes. I have checked my wifi connection and all are working fine. The application must improve - otherwise, it is just a waste of time using the app.
