I have purchased about 6 items from Homary and have been happy with everyone of them. They look great in my rooms. Very heavy & good quality.

The app seems sleek and well built mostly. It is frustrating when you shop from the menu. After you finish scrolling items in a category and you swipe to get back to the category menu, you end up at the home page every time which leaves you having to navigate back through the menu again to get back to where you were instead of just being directed back to the category that you were looking at…. Please fix this.

I ordered $6700 in furniture. After I made the purchase, I saw some reviews that said they were scammed and that the company buys reviews. This company is out of China. They have 40+ complaints on the Better Business Bureau. I submitted a request for a refund before my order said that it had been shipped and I’ve been getting the run around since then. They make it impossible to talk to anybody and keep sending messages that say it’s above their level of authority to issue a refund. Stay far away from Homary.

We are so happy with beauty and quality of our wall hanging that we ordered a second one. The quick free delivery was also impressive and we also received 7% off our second order.
