After replacing an order and a really long time put to delivery, the rescheduled the delivery due to a confirmation of address they need (which I provided), now it’s rescheduled for two more weeks for miscommunication

I trusted your brand for quality, and this experience has caused significant inconvenience. my frustration and disappointment regarding a damaged sofa I purchased online order on 30th November,Upon delivered on 10th December, I noticed damage missing huge part of form and bad finishing which is always hurting my childrens hands and legs, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product, it is also far less comfortable than expected- the seat depth and back support make it difficult to sit for long periods overall build feels flimsy . I did official complain on 13th December Homebox support and customer support , until know my case is not solve, keeps apologies in emails and doing nothing, unprofessional waiting for so long making fun on his customers!! I regret this purchase and would not recommend it to others!!!

I have never seen a store in my life where furniture is sold and is not delivered and sold to another customer, while it was originally purchased and paid for it from another customer completely. When you call customer service, you are dealt with less than normal and there are no any solutions for you, and they say we do not have what I bought and it has been exhausted from the warehouse, and this is your problem. Honestly, I don't recommend this store to anyone

I called costumer service to help me to solve my issue, i receive a message from home box delivery that my product is out of delivery in the morning , where i option to deliver 4pm to 8pm timings as i’m working. in the morning. the costumer service pushing me to call the driver to communicate with them about the delivery. Amazing i need to communicate by there mistake why they deliver early. i told her to do it for me as i just used my time to communicate costumer service as i don’t have more time to spear on. please Homebox train your costumer service to provide good and quality service to find ways to solve a problem and train your crew to follow the time management

They hide the reviews comments on the app so you have to buy the item blindly. I came to know this by writing my own review and still showing there is no customers review showing. There was a color mismatch on the items I ordered.

من أسوأ شركات الأثاث على الإطلاق ، أثاثهم غير مطابق للموقع ، لا حجم ولا لون ولا تركيب عدل ، وأنا كلمتهم قبل ما أطلب ، قلت إذا المنتج راح يوصل غير مطابق للمواصفات والصورة قولولي عشان ما أطلب ، قالولي لااااا مدااااام وما مدااااام وفيكي ترجعي وعندك سنتين بعد الاستعمال فيكي ترجعيها ومن هالكلام اللي كله خرط بخرط ، وتوصل القطعة نفس ما توقعت ولما كلمتهم قالولي ارسلي الصور إيميل ولما أرسلت وما شفت رد ، كلمتهم تقولي الاخت بس لازم يجي الخبير يشوف القطعة وهو يرسل تقرير للإدارة وبعدها يقرروا ، شخبيره بعد !! أول مرة أسمع شي اسمه خبير أثاث يقيم القطعة قبل ما أرجعها وتوني الحين كلمت وحدة بخدمة العملاء قالت ما فيني أعطيكي تاريخ معين لزيارة الخبير ، يعني هذي زيارة وبعدين انطر الخبير يكتب تقرير وعقب يقرر ، انزين أنا ما عندي مكان وأبي أطلب طاولة من محل ثاني ، يعني لين متى أنطركم ؟ أرقى محلات الأثاث ما سووها ، مرة هوم سنتر وصلوا طاولة التلفزيون لما راحوا انتبهنا على الكسر ، كلمناهم بعد يومين وصلوا معاهم الطاولة الجديدة وأخذوا القديمة ، ما قالوا خبير ومبير وطبير ، وهذي مو أول مرة مع هوم بوكس ، قبل سنتين طلبت كبت هدوم مو نفس الصورة والتركيب فاشل ، اضطريت أفك وأركب ، الباب مركب مايل والباب الثاني طالع المسمار يعني الوضع كارثي ، المرة الثانية طلبت مرايا كبيرة وصلت مكسورة والفريم مكسور وعلى الكرتون ثلاث عناوين غيري يعني مسترجعة ثلاث مرات ، المرة الثالثة طلبت سجادة مع مرايتين المرايا الأولى فتحتها لقيت المرايا منفصلة عن الفريم ولما حاولت أدخلها لقيت الخلفية كرتون خفيف ، هذي وهي بالكرتون ما تحملت ، فما بالكم لو علقتها بالطوف ! السجادة وصلت مو نفس اللون المعروض ، دخلوا أكاونتهم بالإنستقرام شوفوا الأجانب وهم يتشكون منهم وعلى كل تعليق احنا نعتذر ومن هالكلام ، وين نصرف اعتذاركم ؟ وغير جذي موعد التوصيل اللي هم محددينه ما يلتزمون فيه ولما كلمتهم قالتلي مدااااااام هذا وقت متوقع لأن شركة ثانية توصله وما فيني أعطيكي رقم السائق ، قلت لها أنا ما طلبت رقم السايق ، سألت متى توصل لأني ربطت نفسي بالبيت عشان أستلم الأغراض وآخر شي ما توصل الطلبية وتقولون لي هذا التاريخ المتوقع !! ليش جذي تسوون بالناس ؟ وبعدها كلمت وحدة من خدمة العملاء تقولي ما فيني أعطيكي وقت للخبير ، قلت لها أوكي أنا بحط الطاولة بالممر لأن ما عندي مكان ، قالتلي لا مدام إذا حركتيها شعرة من مكانها ما بنسترجع القطعة ، يعني ما يبون يرجعون قطعتهم ولا يبوني أحركها من مكانها ، غير شغلة هذي ، وأمس وصل الخبير وكان ما عنده أي فكرة عن الموضوع ولما قلت له عن العيوب ، قالي عطيني كلينكس ، على بالي بيمسح خشمه ولا شي من هالقبيل ، قام طلع دبة ماي فيها مادة التنر وقعد يمسح الخدش ، قلتله الطاولة ما أبيها ، قالي ليش ما قلتي للسايق هالكلام ، ليش خليتيني أجي من عجمان ؟ قلتله هو كلمني قالي أنا هوم بوكس وعطيني اللوكيشن ، قلتله موجود برا ؟ قالي لا بعد ساعة

I had a terrible experience with Home Box. I was supposed to receive my wardrobe on the 11th, but no one called or informed me of any delay. When I followed up, I was told it was rescheduled for the 15th because the item wasn’t in the warehouse. On the 15th, I received another call saying the item was damaged. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If Home Box can’t manage inventory or fulfill orders, they shouldn’t have an online store. I missed the chance to buy the same item elsewhere due to their poor service. This is the first and last time I shop here. Do better, Home Box!
