App needs improvement.

بصراحه مبدعين من ناحيه سهوله الشراء والمنتجات والرجاء منكم تقليل المذهبات واضافه المودرن في منتجاتكم

If you switch the languages from عربي to English in UAE the app crashes and keeps showing like an error even though I tried to delete the app and download it again is still the same

I’m waiting for almost 3 weeks now for our bed. I’m waiting for the call and update but I’m the one who always call them. Promised me a lot of time from different customer agent representative to at least call me back when there is update regarding my delivery and still no call from them! It’s such a waste of time, money. Getting new bed means to have comfort but it turn out to be stressful buying! Never again!

من اسوء المنتجات التي اخذتها نوع القماش رديئ جدا بحيث الخيط يطلع لحاله ويجمع من الوبر لانه الاسفنج رديئ وايضا ان كان هناك تركيب ازرار مجرد الجلوس عليها تنزع من مكانها. وايضا لايعترفون بضمان المنتج معاملتهم سيئه ولا يوجد مصداقيه ابدا لذالك انصحكم عدم شراء منتجاتهم وخصوصا الاونلاين بعد ان تم تبديل الكنب وصلني الكنب مستعمل ويوجد بداخله قطع زبيب ومتسخه تواصلت معهم ولكن دون جدوى لا أنصح أبدا بشراءاشياء من هوم سنتر انهم غير صادقين ومعاملتهم سيئه جدا جدا
