Dit is een alles-in-één-app: een oven-app, vaatwasser-app, wasmachine-app, droger-app, kookplaat-app én koffiemachine-app. Met Home Connect wordt jouw huishouden écht slim verbonden.

Steeds alles weer opnieuw installeren. Dat is de slechtste app die ik heb momenteel. 
Heb wasmachine en droger. Die vallen regelmatig gewoon uit de app. Zonder melding. 

En als ik m’n oven op afstand aanzetten 
moet ik steeds weer akkoord voor geven, op de oven zelf! Echt zo onhandig.

En vanavond weer, droger loopt programma af zegt de app. Onwerkelijk is de droger  allang klaar. Kortom, werk aan de winkel voor deze app!

We have a washing machine & a dish washer and unfortunately they have to work with this app. It gets disconnected every week, and once or twice a week the timer doesn’t work. So many glitches and inconvenience.

Luckily the appliances still do work stand-alone, without app. However, the app does not do anything at all if you do not first make an account at Neff’s servers. For a firmware update or changing settings it is not necessary at all to require user to make an account. This might even be illegal, as for the handing over of personal information, such as an email address, there must be a necessity, which there isn’t.

Even for remote control, personal information is not necessary. So why is this app asking me my email address?

Maybe the app is useful. May it is not. I am not able to find out without sharing personal information.

Komt vaak voor dat de vaatwasser niet verbind terwijl de vaatwasser gewoon met wifi verbonden is. Soms helpt het resetten van de vaatwasser soms ook niet.

Wilde het gebruiken om thuis de vaatwasser beter in te stellen. Helaas, je wordt gedwongen om een account aan te maken via het internet. Anders doet de “ep” niets. 
Belachelijk!!! Zoiets moet optioneel zijn en geen verplichting. Je moet de mogelijkheid houden om alles lokaal te houden, dus zonder account en internet.
