## HomeCam for HomeKit Description
HomeCam is the best way to monitor multiple Apple Home cameras.

View every camera live at the same time, control nearby accessories without leaving the video, and keep an eye on your entire home from a single screen.

Unlike the built-in Home app, HomeCam is designed specifically for homes with multiple cameras, making it faster and easier to see everything that’s happening at a glance.

Featured by MacStories, 9to5Mac and iDownloadBlog.

• Full Screen Camera View

Open any camera in full screen to use two-way audio with supported cameras, zoom in for a closer look, and focus on the areas that matter most.

• Siri Shortcuts
Launch your favourite camera views instantly with Siri or the Shortcuts app. Get to your cameras with a single voice command or automation.

• Privacy First
Protect HomeCam with Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode so only you can access your camera feeds.

• Apple Watch

• iPad
Monitor more cameras at once on the larger display and navigate quickly with built-in keyboard shortcuts.

## HomeCam for HomeKit Reviews in Australien

### ***** "love it"
I love the app just one thing to add and thats the ability to use pan and tilt within the app itself would be great
-- damontel, 2024-08-11

### ****- "Great overall app that does what it advertises"
If you need or want your cameras which are hooked into homekit easily accessible to you in a live multi-camera setup, this is the app to do it. I have a dozen cameras running through blue iris which I’ve added to HomeKit through scrypted and this works brilliantly on the Apple TV and iPad to view all of them at once. Well worth the price
-- Trozzaa, 2023-10-15

### **--- "Nice but not good enough"
Needs:
-Picture in Picture
-camera groups/saved views (view all back yard cameras on one screen and then switch to all front yard cameras for example)

Nice to have:
-split screen Picture in Picture with two camera feeds at once shown
-- MatthewMac89, 2023-04-17

### ****- "Works well but one possible bug"
When the 10 minute automatic reconnect occurs the audio no longer streams. To get audio back you have to navigate back to the cameras list then into the camera again. This means we can’t use it as a baby monitor since the audio is important due to our son sleeping in a VPAP machine.

The camera we’re using is a Logitech Circle View.

It would be great if this issue could be resolved.
-- AnthK79, 2022-01-26

### ***** "Feature Request"
Absolutely Brilliant, however it would be good if you could get the audio from a particular camera without having to “focus” on it, I’ve read other reviews and their responses and it seems like you can’t do it on certain devices and on the Lock Screen, but surely you can at least simulate “focusing” on a camera (getting the audio to play, as the video plays anyway) while also being able to view the other cameras.

Like if you had a play audio button under every camera feed that would switch the audio the user is currently listening to to the selected cameras audio without actually “focusing” on said camera, because when you focus on a camera you loose visibility of the other cameras. A very minor thing but would be extremely helpful! Nonetheless, absolutely amazing app!
-- RandomName193648, 2022-01-05

### *---- "No longer works"
It used to work well but it now doesn’t connect to any of my cameras - all of which are working fine in HomeKit
-- Snarkie333, 2021-11-09

### ***** "Working well"
Had an issue early on but seems to be working well from initial setup
-- JQ371, 2021-07-28

### *---- "Doesnt live stream"
This app doesn't live stream when you are out of wifi range it "attempts" to take a screen shot every 10s which doesnt always work.
Doesnt appear to be a way to get a refun either!!
