Please update the app very poor. Keeps loading me all the time.

This is one of these least interactive apps ever. Trying to navigate it remotely is a challenge at best.

Slow as molasses. Never loads properly. Horrible non intuitive interface. Very poorly done. Would never recommend

You guys are in big business and you are not taking care of your app? If the app is not good, customer will not recommend your product. Overall your hardware is good but this software sucks!!

New update sucks go back to the previous one

Junk biggest mistake that cost me thousands of dollars

Updated on iPad Wow. Your heart’s in the right place for this update but I’m struggling. - when watching playback, the time line needs an option to stay on but not hide part of the screen. - yellow event lines on white background of timeline? Really? - when/where do I tap for options? When/where do I swipe? Can I roll back to previous version while waiting for next update?

The quality has improved but the new update is absolutely horrible! The cameras rarely work. They load for about 30 seconds, maybe 2 cameras will work for a couple seconds and then every camera is “offline”.
