バージョン2.0.1になって圧倒的に使い勝手が良くなった。 今までNVRの設定は本体ローカルかPCソフトからしかできなかったが、簡易的な設定ならこのアプリから出来るようになった。 ただ『Swann Security』appと本アプリが存在している意義がよくわからない、どっちも中途半端なのでひとつにまとめて使いやすくして欲しい。

After the most recent update the App is now unusable, very hard to navigate a playback for a date/time. Menu bar forever minimising. I was thinking of upgrading my Swann cctv system for the latest version but not sticking with Swann if this is the future. Good system now broken

I have had a Swann cctv system in my home for about 5 years and have remote access to the system via the phone app. However, the phone app was updated by Swann a few months ago and since then trying to access recordings via the app is now virtually impossible, you can see on the app there are events recorded, but the app won’t play the actual recording, you just see the spinning symbol on all cameras, I’ve just given up after waiting for 45mins for the app to play the recording. So message to Swann, sort out your app as it’s not fit for purpose.

All I can say is BAD

Since the new update it’s been nothing but trouble with it not contacting and chucking you off when you look at it . Got to be sorted or it will be ripped out and a new different brand will be purchased? Worked much better in the old app before the update

App is useless now since the update, never connects to show live camera feed. Fix it Swann!

Great with WiFi but no facilities for mobile watching.

Over complicated and not intuitive. Previous version was at least easy to review recordings now I haven’t got a clue. Was this even tested on real people, so bad it gets 1 star because I can actually see the vide stream.

After years of no issues all of a sudden it just decided to go off line, now after numerous attempts unable to reconnect

App is terrible since it has been renewed/revamped. Wont ever load, once you double tap to enlarge one camera and want to go back to the others you have to refresh app and then you’ve missed what or who was in you driveway!
