I have the iPhone 12 mini and every time I click to view anything within a listing the app freezes in a white screen.

If you have a ton of time or want to view every home across your entire city I guess it’s ideal. But if you want to focus on certain zip codes you can’t. If you enter the zip code(s) it still shows all homes citywide as if you hadn’t limited the search area. It’s a poor tool.

Great real estate app. Nice features. You can take a picture of a house you see for sale and the app brings up the listing! Pretty wild, so is the VR tours.

From the 3D views as if you were actually in the home, the drone aerials for the entire property on the outside, the Find my Home and the Home Alert technology, one would never have to go see a home for sale physically. You can see the entire home from your own living room on a cell phone, iPad or computer and then go see that home physically, knowing you already like it. Incredible!
