Pairing aircons and dishwashers is semi terrible, but that is not entirely the apps fault. Though i find it funny they have an option on groups action to not ask me again yet it asks me if i want to turn on all my aircons EVERY FREAKING TIME. Also why in groups you cant set horizontal airflow direction like u can if you operate one unit at a time. Three and half stars from me

Приложението е страхотно и много удобно! Използвам го за пералня и съм приятно изненадана от броя на програмите, който предлага.
Единственият недостатък, който отчитам е липсата на моя език. Смятам, че е редно щом едно устройство се предлага в определена държава и има хартиено упътване на съответния език, би било хубаво този език да се поддържа и от приложението.

During registration process the app froze just after I received the password to my email. So in order to register I started from the beginning again and used another email address. Every time I open the app it requires me to login but doesn’t accept my credentials. But if I click on Home I am in. I added my washer dryer but it just can’t come online. It tries to get online for more than an hour. I tried several times and it just can’t come online. My experience with this application is terrible. I do not recommend. I will consider turning the device back and purchase another brand.

We have purchased the laundry machine because of the functionalities it offers. However, the app connected to it continue crashing. We have to refresh when trying to set a program for the laundry, the app crashes on random basis and asks you to reconnect which is extremely frustrating. App is convenient to use. I am using it for air conditioner and control it effectively, but when I try to make a planned control, it crashes.
Another problem is the guide in the beginning. Even if I select “Got it!”, it shows again when I close and open the app again.

The app is loading slowly, sometimes I need to re-launch the app in order to turn on my AC. When it comes to controlling the settings of the AC its again not working as it should be. Its just unpleasant to use. I also hate the fact that my AC is constantly turning on and off when the desired temperature is reached, rather than circulating the air. The build-in temperature sensor is not accurate when the fan is off. This leads the temperatures in my room to vary up to 4 degrees C. When set to 25, the AC works till 24 is reached, then it waits and starts cooling again when the temperature in the room has risen to 27-28… that is ridiculous

The app does not work as advertised or at all. The mode selection for the fridge and freezer do not work in the app. The mode does not change on the fridge, although both devices are connected to the same WiFi. The statistics for door open show days in the future with the door been open many times (in the future?!). Can I give 0 or - negative starts, please?

You guys do not and have never valued your customers. Your app is buggy and insecure at best and since you sent that cease and desist to the developer of the hOn plugin for Home Assistant, I will be replacing my Haier units ASAP. Hope your company burns in financial h3ll someday :)
