Changed my WiFi provider now it won’t let me readd my washing machine after deleting it / contacted support and have received absolutely no response what so ever.

In theory this app should be good. I have a hoover dryer with connectivity for this app. Pairing it was easy but that is the end of the good points. There are a lot of customisable programmes that you can start/stop from the app…. In reality, the dryer has a default programme and timer and this app simply turns the dryer on or off. No programmes actually work/do anything different. Have spoken with customer support for about 6 months now but they still can’t work out the issue

I have tried downloading app but won’t let me register put all details in and just says Oops something went wrong try again done this lots of times tried to download on other devices but still says same thing contacted hoover not come back to me.

The washing machine is excellent, but the app is awful. There are three main issues with it: A) you have to put the washing machine into remote control manually before starting the app, otherwise they do not connect. When they do connect, it often takes between five and ten minutes, it should be seconds. B) if you select a program to run, it may or may not actually run that program rather than the default total care program. That is very annoying. C) if you set a time to start and a program, it often (50%of the time) just sits there with a bar flashing, but does not actually start the program and you get up in the morning and nothing has happened. This is the most annoying of the three. There is also another issue, annoying rather than anything else, and that is to do with the timer itself. With Miele I can set the dishwasher to start at any time I like, down to a minute. That means I can set it for two minutes past the hour to make sure I’m in the cheap electricity period. With HON, I can only select half hour periods, but worse than that, the half hour starts at the same minute that you’re trying to set the program. For example, I want to set the washing machine to start at 02:02 ( not that it is likely to start anyway, see above comment), but if it is (for example) 22:17 when I’m setting it, I can only select 02:17 or 02:47. What a ridiculous restriction!! In summary, the Hoover washing machine is great, it is good value and worth buying. However, the app is so bad it really lets the side down, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Has to be one of the worst apps out there, constantly crashes, reloading it does nothing, it says I have no appliances on the app but when I try to add them, says they can’t be added as they are already registered

I’m looking forward to add a number of HAIER appliances to this app. I’ve already added an American fridge freezer and a tumble dryer. So far I’ve been using the remote control facility for the tumble dryer and it is mostly useful. There’s a number of drying options that I am beginning to use but there is a lot of options to make full use of the device. So I’m impressed with the app. Update comments. The preci synch function for my Hood and the induction hob no longer works automatically. When I first configured the function it automatically started and stopped when the hob was turned off. It used to automatically adjust the speed of the hood but for some reason it no longer works automatically and you have to manually power off or use the app to reset and shut off.

Hasn’t fully worked since I got it. Machine is fine but app software is terrible. With each update comes a new set of problems that often don’t even fully resolve the problems that were there previously. Buggy and poorly tested. They have customers who have complained about issues do the testing for them after they launch an update. Have wasted hours trying to get it sorted and now the remote function doesn’t even work. As soon as I try to start a remote program on the app the machine disconnects and switches to a machine cotton cycle. Only way to clear the issue is to unpair, delete the app and account and set up from scratch, fresh pairing to machine etc just for the problem to happen a few weeks later. Utter rubbish

Very nice work

It gets stuck on loading every time I try to use the WiFi remote control mode. It took a couple weeks to even register because of a previous bug, but after logging in now it’s still useless.
