The game is only fun in anyway if you play ranked, most of the time people just leave mid game and are replaced by bots that just feed the enemy. I’m not sure if I’m even playing with players half the time. Hero’s are EXTREMELY UNBALANCED, some can fire projectiles beyond LOS range for ridiculous amounts of damage, and it’s auto targeted so you just sit there and take damage from unknown sources. Range characters aren’t suppose to deal more damage than an assassin, this just doesn’t add up. Only any good if you have a FULL team to play with that communicates, but no one uses the coms. 2/10 only because it looks nice.

Honestly. It’s a solid game. A lot of the heroes are OP while some struggle with lane clear or dps. Matchmaking is well…matchmaking. It isn’t good, but it isn’t super bad unless you’re one of those people who plays all day. Needs more heroes, plus the system needs to start holding people accountable for not playing properly.

When the system wants you to fail，it has various ways to stop you  from winning, including implementing poor internet connections when you’re at vital points like solo or clan warfare. The internet connection became normal again when you die. When you about to execute opponents, it will immediately exert poor connections to stop you from executing the opponents. Is it fair? I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this game. Without my knowledge or consent, my account was apparently used as a bot in matches I did not participate in. This resulted in my credit score being unfairly penalized for "AFK" or poor performance in games I never even played.

When I contacted customer service to explain this situation and have my score properly restored, they were completely unhelpful. Their responses were generic, dismissive, and failed to address the core issue. It feels like they are just ignoring a serious breach of account security and fairness.

Using a player's account for AI/bot matches without transparent disclosure is unacceptable. To then punish the player for it and offer zero support is a terrible way to treat your user base. This is a major violation of trust and privacy. I cannot recommend this game until they address these practices and significantly improve their customer support.
