Smashed the screen on my iPhone 13 due to a broken phone holder the corner must have been damaged as when I stopped it was missing retraced my steps 0.5 mile and luckily found it smashed so beware.

Charger points on scooters didn’t work alongside the parking being terrible in areas, charged me when I wasn’t even on the scooter 🥲

Terrible app. Parking zones are awful, I spent 20 minutes trying to end my ride while I was on a parking zone but it wouldn’t work. NEVER USING AGAIN!!!!

payed for 4 weekly passes for my family in tenerife - only two worked correctly for three days - charged us extra money for rides when we hadn’t even used our subscriptions!! total rip off !! use the bird app it’s way cheaper subscriptions and they actually work

If Apple Pay isn’t broken, which means I can’t hire a scooter, then the engine on the scooters is broken which means I have to push the heavy scooter along with my feet in heavy traffic. I have also had issues with parking up scooters, where the scooter and helmet is fully parked but the app doesn’t recognise it. Truly terrible app, scooters and company.
