This app was developed using the latest stop recording techniques to help survey respondents and their household members more easily record their travels while minimizing battery drain whenever possible.
How can I participate? This app is a part of a larger survey designed to better understand how respondents and their household members travel. For this reason, households are recruited at random. Households that are recruited are able to participate via mail, smartphone, online, or over the phone.
If I am selected, why should I participate? It is more important than ever for local planning organizations to get input from residents so they can better understand their transportation and travel needs. Understanding where, when and why people travel is critical for making local area transportation improvements.

Would like it to recognize intersections/stoplights, instead of manual entry.

The app was easy to use but adds a stop that has to be reviewed if you stop for any reason such as a traffic light, stop sign or railroad crossing. Each stop ask questions and the answers don’t really apply to these stops. Adding a trip manually is somewhat confusing.
