This app is user friendly and there isn’t a need to search for e-medical card. Upon logging in, e-medical card is show right away without the need to click on another icon for retrieval. 

With the availability of entitlement table,  i can easily track my balance limits and there isn’t a need to ask around.

No fancy colors , big icons - definitely has the mind for the older generations!

It’s so convenient to see my benefits at a glance on the app. I could also choose the panel clinics or do the teleconsult on the app itself. I could also see my remaining benefits, which is auto calculated after I have claimed. This makes it so easy for me as I just need to go on this one app, instead of multiple platforms.

Imagine being sick and frustrated then having to deal with a buggy app that lags, doesn’t connect calls, doesn’t respond, not user friendly. I can’t even kill the app, it brings me back to the screen I was stuck on, I even tried restarting my phone.

I am perpetually stuck at the loading page saying I am connecting to the doctor and the cancel appointment button does not work!!! I exit the app, kill the app and even restart my phone does not help. Once I login to the app, the freaking page will appear again! It never connect me to any doctor and I can’t cancel the appointment!!!!

This app provide a lot of functions such as E-medical card and virtual clinic. After the consultation they will even deliver medicine to your doorstep so you don’t need to go clinic anymore especially there is a spike in covid number recently. Strongly recommend to download this app.
