When checking out after selecting the seats for a show and trying to pay thru apple pay, the page keeps loading forever. Tried it thrice and happens everytime. Then I had to pay via my credit card manually entering all the deets.

I've been encountering an issue with the movie app's point system where it's deducting more points than l've purchased. Eg. $1 ticket is only 6000points and I’ve been deducted 12,000. The first time I thought it was a glitch but it happened again a month later. 

 I've contacted customer service twice via email and spoke to a manager in person (Sylvia park then 3 weeks later at Wairau) about the problem, but haven't received any response or resolution for over 3 months.

This issue needs to be addressed. Happened to a friend also. The app's point system should be accurate and customer service should be responsive to inquiries.

I hope this review will prompt them to improve their system and customer service.

I’ve given up trying to pay for the Hoyts VIP membership. Props to anyone that can figure that out. Tbh, staff at Hoyts will give us free popcorn refills even though I haven’t been able to pay for the membership 🤷‍♂️.
