Unstable access
I only use the App for scanning documents which i do few times a month What is extremely annoying is that often i get logged out of the app because of HP decided to update it. I then need to reset my PW in order to use the App again. In other words i cant use my physical device because HP is updating an application which im forced to use. It would be much better if i could simply use the App and connect with my device WITHOUT having to log in. Additionally the ink information is completely useless in the App.

Neuporabna aplikacija
Aplikacija je dobro narejena vizualno, ampak ni uporabna. Posodabljanje informacija traja dlje časa, nima vse opcije tiskalnika. HP podpora uporabnikov skoraj da ne obstaja. Odsvetujem znamko HP v celoti.

why I need an account to scan or print something?
HP wants my personal info to use my printer!
Since last update I have to create hp account to use features of printer that were previously available… like scanning from iPad. Obviously they are selling the data (read the Terms and Conditions) in exchange to operate basic functions of the product!
