Unable to set up new payees in the app. Transaction alerts are nonexistent. Even if you manually sign up for alerts with HSBC, it is only email or text messages and for debit cards there are no alerts for transactions less than $275. Someone could drain your account at $250 per time without any notifications. Useless!

This app can only be installed now only one device so don’t lose that device, especially if traveling. Instead of allowing the app to be installed on more than one device like in other jurisdictions, this Bermuda specific version forces you to pick just one.
