From HSBC Sri Lanka. The worst banking app. I also have HSBC UK and UAE. This app is no way near to them. A significant improvement expected. A very poor app.

Waiting 10 years to upgrade but not yet 😞🙄

😡useless app, not sure how they can pulish a app like this. Digital secure key system not working here, informed to customer service they are worst…

Pretty out dated. Not in international online banking standers.

So so bad. Nothing makes sense. The communications on the app don’t agree to the letters you send me.

Stone Age app , HSBC just don’t care with people investment’s.

Completely useless. I have been unable to get notifications of transactions as thesestopped suddenly . I went through all relevant problem solving . Ensured all buttons turned on , installed and uninstalled the app twice however the problem persisted. I then contacted the chat on line option to resolve this then was advised to phone the call centre, both kept repeating the same thing. Uninstall and reinstall and ensure all turned on( which in did 4 times to no avail i was then advised to phone back in a week. The worst app and helpline for a mobile banking App.

Great app but it would be really useful to also see pending transactions. Thanks

The new app looks nice but looks aren’t everything. Very hit and miss with display of pending transactions. Some days they show, most days they don’t. The app often hangs when opening and when it does, it is slow to open. At best, the app is disappointing. Not what you’d expect from a major international bank.

I have been using this app everyday and i used to check my balance after paying all the bills. Now that feature has been removed. I could change my amount of pay bills from "manage bills” and now all i see when i have paid my bills with amount. That feature helped me a lot to see how much i will save end of the month. I would like to go back to the old version so can you help me how please?
